Our inaugural speaker event is on September 12.

Our speaker will be Valaree Reese (formerly Lund).  Ms. Reese is a Regulatory Compliance Specialist for Bayer Crop Science.  She holds degrees in Agricultural Business Management from the Agricultural Institute and from our 4-year program.

Valaree’s presentation will be held in Witherspoon 201 starting at 4:00 pm on September 12.  

Ms. Reese will talk from 4:00 to 4:30 pm, questions/discussion will occur from 4:30 to 5:00, and a reception will be held from 5:00 to 5:30.

ARE have started a monthly speaker series whereby an agribusiness professional will discuss his or her career.  The speaker series will help our undergraduates to explore career opportunities, to develop their professional network, and hopefully to develop leads on internships and jobs.
