NC State Charcuterie School

$500.00 The NC State Charcuterie School will be offered 2 times in 2017. Sessions will be held on Monday afternoons, from 1:00-5:00 pm.

Location
The NCSU Processed Meat Laboratory is located on the ground floor of Schaub Hall. This building is located at the intersection of Sullivan Dr and Dan Allen Dr on NC State’s Main Campus.
Cost
Cost for each session is $500 per person. Space is limited to 15 people per session.
