Event Description:
The 2018 Hassan Distinguished Lecture will feature Dr. Nateri Madavan, the deputy director for the Transformative Aeronautics Concepts Program in NASA’s Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate. This presentation will provide an overview of how electrification will affect the future of air transportation and the opportunities and challenges that it presents and describe some of the related concepts and enabling technologies currently being developed.

Q&A: 12 to 12:30 p.m.
Reception: 12:30 to 1 p.m.
