Event Description:
Vernon Pratt is a Durham-born artist who studied on the West Coast, then came back to Durham to teach painting. He was also a well-known improvisational jazz artist, and incorporated his love of improvisation, music, mathematics and the study of systems into his art.

Opening reception will be held at 6 p.m. on October 11.
